End User License Agreement

By using the KurdFans Plus mobile app, you agree to use the service only for lawful ordering, payment, and account activity. You must be 18 or older.

License

KurdFans Plus grants you a limited, non-transferable license to use the app on a device you own, for your own personal use.

Your account

You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your password private, and for everything done through your account. You can review and sign out your active devices at any time from Profile → Devices.

Wallet and payments

Your wallet holds a prepaid balance for use inside the app. It is not a bank account and earns no interest. Deposits are credited once your payment provider confirms them. Prices are shown before you confirm an order.

Orders and the links you submit

Orders are delivered by independent third-party providers, not by us. When you place an order we pass your link to the provider for that service.

You must own the account, page, post, or channel you submit a link for, or have its owner’s permission. It is your responsibility to check the rules of the platform you are ordering for — Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and others restrict third-party engagement services, and they may limit or suspend accounts that use them. We cannot control or predict what a platform does, and we are not responsible for action it takes against your account.

Delivery times are estimates given by the provider. Once an order has been sent to a provider it usually cannot be cancelled. If an order fails, we credit the amount back to your wallet balance. We cannot refund an order that failed because the link was wrong, private, or deleted, or because you changed the target while it was being delivered.

Restrictions

You may not misuse the app, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service availability, copy protected app content, use another person’s account without permission, or use KurdFans Plus for fraudulent activity. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.

No guarantee

The app is provided as it is. We do not guarantee delivery speed, that delivered results will remain, or that the service will always be available.

Apple

This agreement is between you and KurdFans Plus only, not with Apple. Apple has no responsibility for the app and no obligation to provide support for it. If the app does not work as promised, you can tell Apple and Apple will refund what you paid for it, if anything. We are responsible for any claim about the app, including claims about product liability, legal compliance, or intellectual property. Apple may enforce this agreement as a third party to it.

Changes

We may update this agreement when the app or our service terms change. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
