Privacy Policy

This policy explains what KurdFans Plus collects when you use our mobile app, why we collect it, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

When you create an account, we collect your name, username, email address, and phone number. You can add a profile picture, but you do not have to.

To confirm your phone number is yours, we send you a code by SMS or WhatsApp through our verification provider, OTPIQ. We never store the code itself.

While you are signed in, we record your device model, operating system version, and IP address, so you can see your active devices and sign out any of them from Profile → Devices.

If you allow notifications, we store a push token for your device so we can send you order and wallet updates. You can turn notifications off at any time in your device settings.

We keep a record of your wallet balance, your deposits, and your orders, including the link you submit with each order.

What we do not collect

We do not collect your location, your contacts, or your browsing history. The app contains no advertising and no analytics tracking, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.

We never see or store your card number, bank details, or wallet PIN. Those go to your payment provider, not to us.

Who we share it with

Your order link goes to the provider who fulfils it. When you place an order, we pass the link and the quantity you requested to the third-party provider for that service. This is how orders are delivered.

We also use service providers to run the app: OTPIQ for verification codes, Expo together with Apple and Google for push notifications, and Cloudflare for storing profile pictures. Each handles only what it needs for its part.

We may share information if the law requires it, or to investigate fraud.

We do not sell your data.

Camera and photos

The app asks for your camera and photo library only when you change your profile picture. Nothing else is read or uploaded. You can decline and keep using the app.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account. Your account is closed immediately and your push tokens are erased.

We keep your payment and order records after that, because we are required to keep financial records and may need them to resolve a dispute. If you want those removed as well, email us and we will remove whatever we are not required to keep.

Children

KurdFans Plus is not for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy when the app or our services change. We will change the date at the top, and continued use means you accept the update.
